About Me:
Hi, I’m Christi. I am a compassionate counselor dedicated to guiding women and couples through the various seasons of life and the challenges they can bring. I’m married, a mother of two grown children, a grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren, and a proud owner of three lovable, rowdy rescue mutts. As a retired military officer, I bring a wealth of life experience and resilience to my practice.
With a master’s in counseling, I understand the challenges that come with transitions such as motherhood, divorce, and loss. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring you feel heard and valued throughout our journey.
I utilize a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory, and narrative therapy to help you explore your feelings, set healthy boundaries, and reclaim your sense of self. Together, we’ll work on addressing underlying issues like anxiety, emotional abuse, and self-esteem challenges, empowering you to find clarity and confidence.
In my practice, I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can reflect on your experiences, identify your goals, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, grieving, or seeking deeper connections, I’m here to support you in achieving the peace and fulfillment you deserve.
