About Me:
I’m glad you’re here! It’s a brave step to reach out for help. Maybe you or your child feel down, stuck, broken hearted, anxious, and ready for change. My goal is to provide a safe environment for you to explore life’s challenges, gain new insight, and leave feeling more confident. Through good listening and collaboration, I hope to provide the support you need for growth and healing!
I believe everyone is made with inherent worth, purpose, and the capacity for resilience. My Christian worldview is the foundation of my life and shapes how I compassionately care for others from many different backgrounds and faiths. I provide a professional and warm therapeutic relationship, informed by my work, life, and educational experience. Using a client-centered frame and evidence-based practices, I seek to help you meet your goals. I enjoy using talk therapy, play therapy, sand tray activities, and other creative outlets. Using a visual form of self-expression can bring helpful insight to challenging experiences and uncomfortable emotions. My continuing education in play therapy has equipped me with therapeutic tools applicable to all ages. With children and teens, I seek to actively involve parents through regular parent feedback sessions. I am passionate about helping others flourish in their day-to-day environments and relationships.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my husband, family, and friends. Some of my favorite things are baking, nature, coffee, vintage stores, and books.
