About Me:
Welcome! I am committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment where we can work together towards healing. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore things together with compassion and curiosity. With a blend of gentleness, humor, and genuine connection, my hope is to support you in creating meaningful change and living a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I'm originally from the Midwest but have called Mississippi home for the last seven years. When not with clients, I am with my husband and little one finding new adventures and reading as many books as time allows!
