“You are imperfect, and you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging.” - Brene Brown
About Me
There is no shortage of struggle, difficulty, and suffering in this life. Having worked in mental health fields since 2016, I have experience working with young people and adults as they engage in the process of healing and growth. I have particular experience working with issues of depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, life transitions, grief, and personal growth.
I believe in the dignity and value of every person and I aim to provide a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment that supports my clients towards their goals. I believe that a relationship where one is seen and known is the most powerful predictor of growth and change. I consider it an honor to work alongside clients as they pursue healing, authenticity, and connectedness.
