About Me
I’m glad you’re here! It’s a brave step to reach out for help. In your search for a therapist, you are probably looking for a safe place and listening ear to process something that is weighing on you or your child. Maybe you feel down, stuck, broken hearted, anxious, and are ready for change. I’ve been there too! We all long to be heard, seen and cared for in a compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental manner. My goal is to provide this type of safe environment for you to explore life’s challenges, gain new insight and skills, and leave feeling more confident.
I have been married since 2009. I love a good walk, nature, coffee, vintage stores, and reading. Here are a few of my favorite therapy related books:
The Whole Brain Child – by Daniel Siegel and Tina Payne Bryson
Smart, But Scattered – by Peg Dawson and Richard Guare
The Soul of Shame – by Dr. Curt Thompson
The Soul of Desire – by Dr. Curt Thompson
Boundaries for Your Soul – Dr. Alison Cook and Kimberly Miller
Changes That Heal – by Dr. Henry Cloud
